Under Eye Discoloration
First apply a lighter shade foundation, than you actual foundation shade coverage. Then apply your foundation shade. The Dinair Paramedical colors are only suggested when very dark rings are present, and very opaque concealing is needed and extremely durable coverage is preferred.
