For NEW customers only, we offer a thirty day, one time color exchange policy for cosmetic colors. Exchanges only. No returns accepted on cosmetic colors, Airtan, other liquids or expendables.

For all customers, a 30 day trial period applies to airbrushes, compressors, hoses, stencils, parts and accessories. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from purchase price of the items. Items must be in resalable condition. Items with scratches, cosmetic or mechanical damage will not be accepted for return.

Dinair personal makeup users that complete their complimentary telephone training (within 15 days of their kit purchase), qualify for an additional 30 day trial period and a gift to be sent with your next order.

All claims for items that are missing, incorrect or damaged must be made by customer within 5 business days of receipt of products. .

In the event you are not successful in learning how to use your kit to your satisfaction, please contact Customer Care for an return authorization number, address and instructions. With your RA# your refund will be completed within 30 to 45 days. It may delay your refund, if returned items are received by our general warehouse without an RA# identification.

Pack everything carefully and include a copy of your invoice.
