Dinair Institute Workshop Registration
• • • • •	Dinair classes are specially designed to teach the Dinair airbrush makeup technique. Attendees who successfully complete the Dinair 2 day Dinair professional airbrush artist class will receive the Dinair Professional Airbrush Makeup Artist Certificate. The Official Dinair Certificate is mailed directly from Dinair and includes Dina's signature. The 2 day class is a pre-requisite to qualify to participate in the Dinair Mini Kit resale program. Participation in the Mini Kit reseller program also qualifies graduates to wholesale discount pricing on Mini Kits and cosmetics.
	Confirmation Number • Your workshop confirmation number is your best confirmation of your completed class reservation. • Do not make travel commitments prior to receiving your class confirmation number. • Class dates are subject to change prior to issuance of confirmation number.
Enrollment Application
• • • • •	Complete and return the Preliminary enrollment application online. We can take your photograph for your Dinair Graduate and Membership ID during the class or you can provide a photo. Class registration includes a $50 registration fee that is non-refundable. Be sure to complete and return your class registration form ASAP. Completed registration forms are needed to finalize your reservation and to provide you with your reservation number.
Workshop Certificate Requirements: • Successful completion of the class. • Demonstration of essential skills and knowledge. • Complete attendance. • Good citizenship
Workshop Graduates
	We are able to support graduates through excellent customer service. Artistry support is available for Dinair customer/graduates. It can be very effective over the phone for graduates because they are able to talk Dinair "short hand" and understand the answers clearly.
Deposits • A minimum 50% deposit is required to hold each class reservation. • North Hollywood. The balance is to be paid full is due prior to commencing the class. • All other locations. The balance is to be paid full prior to arrival to the class. • Class dates are subject to change prior to receipt of your confirmmation number..
Prices • Classes within the continental United States are typically $695. • Prices and special offers are subject to change without advance notice.
Financing • Financing information and referrals to professional lenders is available upon request.
Provisions • Airbrush Kits used in the classes are typically the kits purchased as Class + Kit. • Airbrush Kits may be available for use by attendees, who already own Dinair Kits. • Bring your Dinair Kit, unless you confirm in writing there will be a kit available. • Dinair cosmetics and supplies are provided by Dinair for the use in the Classes.
Food/Lunch North Hollywood Headquarters
• • •	Lunch buffet of sandwiches or Lasagna is provided. Group watches training videos during lunch. Fruit, cookies, bagels, donuts, coffee, tea, soft drinks are provided throughout the day... resembling a light craft service.
Food/Lunch Other Locations
•	Lunch is a lunch break. It is personal time. food is paid by attendee.
•	Break is 30 minutes to 1 hour varying by location.
•	Coffee and water is provided.
•	At select hotel locations, a lunch buffet may be provided and training videos will be played during lunch.
Attire • Comfortable, casual and layers.
CEU's (continuing education credits) • Funeral Industry CEU authorized for most states.
Restrictions
•	Dinair reserves the right to refuse admission and/or to refuse to train persons that are employees or freelance employees of cosmetic beauty product manufacturers or retailers.
Behavior Guidance
• • •	Loud or unruly attendees may be removed from the Class. Due to the diverse cultural, international and religious backgrounds of our students, we require a high standard of courtesy and polite language. We do not allow the use of profanity. Attendees must remain clothed according to USA public nudity standards throughout the class, including during tanning and body art activities.
