Kits, airbrushes, compressors, hoses, stencils, parts and accessories:
- For all customers, we offer a 30 Day Trial return policy. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the purchase price of returned items. Items must be in resalable condition. Items with scratches, cosmetic or mechanical damage will not be accepted for return.
Makeup:
- For new customers we have a thirty day, one time color exchange policy for makeup colors. Exchanges only. Returns are not accepted on makeup colors, Airtan, other liquids and expendables.
60 Day Trial Policy:
- Customers that complete their Complimentary Telephone Coaching Call within 15 days of the kit purchase qualify automatically for the 60 Day Trial with No Restocking Fee and a Free Gift to be sent with your next order.
All claims for items that are missing, incorrect or damaged must be made by customer within 5 business days of receipt of products.
Return Authorization: In the event you feel the need to return a
product, it is required that you contact Customer
Service for an return authorization number, mailing address and instructions. With your RA# your refund will be completed within 30 to 45 days.
Items returned without a RA# may delay a refund or
locating your package.
Pack everything carefully and include a copy of your invoice.
No returns or exchanges on SPECIAL ORDERS.
Customers are responsible for ALL shipping and handling charges.
Shipping is not refundable.
